Dmitry Kuznetsov graduated from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation as a radio engineer and is now working as an information systems architect. He is a member of the territorial election commission for Nagorny District of Moscow with a deciding vote. A member of the technical group for remote e-voting monitoring, he was awarded a medal “Defender of Free Elections”.
